Airport Arrivals

Please check your ground transportation on the Travel & Stay tab.  You will use that transportation to get from the airport to the hotel. 

​

Please look out for our UHM Greeters at baggage claim.  They'll be holding UHM signs and they will be able to direct you to where you need to go for transportation.

​

Please come enjoy food and drinks and mingle with fellow Partner's while you room is getting ready.  This is where you will pickup your room key and name badge from the Admin Team at the UHM Registration desk.

​

Please feel free to leave your luggage with the bellmen upon arrival.  They will make sure your luggage gets to your room once it's ready.

​

We are asking everyone to please stop by even if you check-in earlier than Wednesday.

Dress Code: Casual – This event will be Outside

We will be having a family welcome dinner outside on the South Beach Lawn.  Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm.

​

There will be a professional photographer on-site to take pictures.

Late Night with Bill – After Dinner, Partners are invited to join Bill at the Sandbar Grille.

You may smoke cigars at the Sandbar Grille.
